Monopoly Strategy -- Play Online

Monopoly strategy is the focus of this article, it does not matter if you play it online or at home, the strategy will help you succeed in the game. There are several places on can play this game online, but unless a player has the right strategy in place, they will not win at Monopoly.

The World Winner site is my favorite place to play the game online. It's a timed game so you do not have as much time to play and get your strategy going. This website does require a log in, and you can play for money if you choose. Most of the time, I play the free games on the website, and have fun doing it.

Everyone has different strategy when they play the game. Some people just appear to be purchasing every piece of property they can land on. To an extent, this is good practice unless of course they find themselves short on cash when they do finally have a monopoly. I suggest purchasing one piece of property from each of the four sides first and then working on a piece of property from the four sides again. Using this strategy is smart because it severely limits the other players from gaining a monopoly..

Once a player has at least one property one each side, personally I would try to secure the lowest pieces of property quickly to have a monopoly. These are cheap to purchase and cheap to improve with houses and hotels. In addition, owning one whole side means the other players will have a great chance at landing on one of your properties.

If you own one whole side and bits, of the other sides this is excellent strategy and chances are you will success in the game. Owning all the railroads and both of the utilities will certainly help you win, but even if you only have, a few of the railroads that is less money you have to pay the other people playing the game.

This strategy for the game monopoly works no matter if you sit in your home, at a friends home or online.
