Montague Street Restaurant Struggling to Keep Sanitary Standards

Montague Street Restaurant Corp. had been struggling for a few months this year, trying to get off of the restaurant inspectors' list of restaurants that have to be inspected once a month for getting twenty-eight ( 28 ) points or more on its restaurant inspection score. Then they finally did with their June 9^th inspection, when the sixty-five ( 65 ) points they had only a day before suddenly went to zero.

While it is quite a curious thing how a restaurant could struggle for months with scores higher than 28, even getting scores in the sixties, and then suddenly get a zero score, maybe they should walk down the Montague Street a few doors to Five Guys Burgers & Fries and pick up a couple of pointers, because with Montague Restaurant's last inspection on October 14^th they're back up to forty-three ( 43 ) points in violations.

Did the inspector give them a break on June 9^th, since for months they were scoring very high with critical violations, only to come back and find they've yet to really get the restaurant in line with standards? Whatever I were to speculate, one thing is for sure; you don't get gigged for "Food Protection Certificate not held by supervisor of food operations" if you're really trying to hold to standards.
