Girls Gone Wild creator went 'Wild' on Brody's Girl

Joe Francis, creator of the video series Girls Gone Wild, got into a fight with reality star Brody Jenner and Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys and Dolls in L.A. early August 28.

The occasion was to celebrate Jenner's birthday since he spent it in the hospital recovering from appendicitis and Francis saw that his ex-girlfriend was in on the celebration; she's a friend of Jayde's. He moves in on the girl who doesn't want to be bothered with him. Jayde sees her friend in distress and throws her drink at Joe to diffuse the situation; he had something else in mind. Angry about the drink toss, Joe pulls the Playmate's hair and punches her in the face; he then threw her to the ground and kicked her.

After security broke up the altercation Joe was escorted out and everyone else followed. Brody and Joe exchanged words and in defense for his lady Brody punched the videographer. In what could be viewed as a bitch ass move, someone tased Brody as Joe was leaving the scene. It is unsure whether it was someone that was with Joe or Joe himself as he was leaving. Joe took the matter to an extreme. Attacking her because she threw her drink on you? That's not a real man, a real man steps to the boyfriend and let him know what's up. A real man leaves because it's just clothes. But what do you expect from a guy who video tapes spring breakers who are inebriated and would do just about anything under the influence? The police did arrive but no one was arrested; Jayde suffered some injuries and plans to press charges on Joe.

Like most situations this could have been handled differently. However not everyone has that kind of common sense.

Heidi Pratt's Miss Universe Debut Was A Bust

Also in late August the world had the displeasure of watching Heidi Pratt (nee' Montag) performed her song Body Language at the 2009 Miss Universe pageant. This was supposed to be a live performance but the only thing live was her defunct dancing skills; she clearly lip-synched her song. The highlight of her performance was not only her backup dancers who moved much better than her but the presentation of the contestants in the midst of her performance. As expected there was an outpour of negative reaction; one in particular was from CNN's Anderson Cooper.

Cooper called Heidi's Miss Universe appearance a 'fresh new way to embarrass herself." He's surely isn't the only one who feels this way; Aubrey O'Day felt her Playboy spread was much better than Heidi's. A performance like that could be shredded on VH1's Best Week Ever as well as the mouths of people who would be harsher than Simon Cowell on a good day. Someone should have the heart to tell the recent Playboy cover girl that if she's serious about her music she needs a vocal coach and a choreographer to be a hardass on her because she cannot dance; plenty of room for improvement there. And that outfit looked like something she got out of Britney Spears closet.

Adding more humor to the situation, Spencer said it was, "The greatest performance in the history of television." He hasn't seen a lot of musical performances if he had to say that. There are more polished music artists out there that can sweep her under the rug. They both need to step out of their bubble and join the real world for a while. That's right, they already did that in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and we all know how that ended. There will be a final episode of The Hills then what will these two do? Better yet do we really care?
