Morachat Versus MyLot

The only pro about MoraChat is that it is higher paying than myLot. In my first 2 days I had collected $1.50 and the payout was only $9.You earn about half a cent per answer and one cent per topic started.

There are many cons to MoraChat since the site is full of rules. For starters, there are not many topics available to discuss at the site. In any given topic only about twenty questions are open, and the rest are locked. Answers must be a certain amount of lines regardless of what the answer is responding to. You must wait a time span (about thirty seconds) to answer another question. I disliked this rule because I read and type quickly. You could not ask a question if a similar question had already been asked regardless of the details. In order to gain access in certain sections you must get administration's approval

Questions are often deleted instead of moved if they are in the wrong section. My questions and answers were often deleted. I soon started to believe my questions were being deleted because the site did not want to pay me. When they delete your answer or discussion they take back what you were credited. In a day my inbox would be full of reasons why half of my answers were deleted for minute reasons such as "don't abbreviate words."

The rules were only enforced for certain members. I saw administration and older members breaking the rules and their answers and discussions were not removed.

The site myLot has plenty of discussion topics, but this fact is both a pro and a con. While you can easily find a topic you are interested in you may find that you are the only one in that section because everyone else is spread out in the hundreds of other sections. Don't expect many responses to many of the discussions you start.

Pros about myLot is that it doesn't have many rules. You can also do task for money such as signing up as someone's referral. The best part is that you earn money when others answer your questions. Another pro about myLot is that it does not quickly close a discussion for being too old. I frequently find myself answering questions that are a year old.

Cons of myLot include the fact that you cannot delete your questions or answers. The site does not allow you to message members unless you are friends. The site has an atrocious design that makes it difficult to find almost anything. It took me two weeks to find my referral link, and I still have not figured out how to add banners to my profile. The search feature does not work well either.

The biggest con of this site is how much you earn. This site does not share how it figures your earnings, but what you do earn is minimal. Sometimes I'd be active for an hour or two and the next day find that I only earned ten or fifteen cents. If you login to answer 1-2 questions you will not be paid at all because that is not active enough. To make matters worse you must earn $10 before cashing out.

If you are a person like me that gets easily annoyed, then I suggest you join myLot. If you are a patient person eager to make quick cash, then I suggest you join MoraChat.
