Yes the media is filled with drugs that are approved by the government just ask your doctor for this new drug that has more side effects that therapeutic value. This is totally out of hand, I have even had people tell me that I should take drugs to go to sleep and to have more energy. These people are all ignorant everyone of them, yes there is a place for drugs in society. The trash can! They are not necessary for 95% of people. Seriously! Now I am going to give you some seemingly easy tips on how you can have more energy. If you have more energy you will be more productive and you can lose weight just by moving around more. Not by changing your diet or taking pills.
Over 20 years ago I read a book called Principles of KI. The book didn't change my life, I changed my life by taking action. Ki is your life force. I took these methods to heart and have been using them ever since I read the book. The purpose is to develop your KI by coordinating your mind and body This type of training can improve your health and performance. You will sleep better and become more alert over time. You may not even have to take pills to make love to your wife any more! Focus is the first principle you can practice. You can focus on any thing you like. I find it easy to focus on a rose. I close my eyes and visualize a rose I pretend I can smell it and everything. This sort of a natural way to develop focus. Try it for a few minutes a day. Have fun with it relax, sit up straight and concentrate. This will help you relax. I tell my students that power is in relaxation and I prove it to them everyday.
Just this little fun game will change your life. The next simple thing I am going to tell you about having more energy, being more calm and being happier. All these things come when you have more energy. When you wake up do not stay in bed. As soon as you open your eyes your feet should hit the floor. This may sound silly but many people have commented on how I have endless energy and that I am stronger that anyone they have ever seen. I do not lift weights. I practice the Principles of Ki. These are two simple things you can do everyday and they are almost as easy as taking pills. Much more fun thats for sure! I hope these 2 small gems will change your life as they have mine and countless others through the ages!
