SPRING HAIKU
Tender shoots thrust upward
Trading white for green--
As sunbeams touch
Newly sprouting buds
Begin to show their colors--
Cherry blossom time
Violets sweet scent
Wafting on the soft breeze--
Announcing Springtime
In the Morning
The pansy's face
Washed with Dew

Doreen, sorry I missed these until now. You have an eye for close observation and appreciation while in Nature, which is a key to great haiku. Shalom (Neil Deo/Deonils)
