Autumnal chill hangs heavy
O'er lawns and gardens.
In the shadows, glistening...
Morning frost blankets the earth.

Brr! First frost, then the other shoe drops for those of us in Minnesota who have gotten past the stage of being enthralled with winter activities. On the other hand, the change of seasons is always interesting and seems to invigorate with the unique qualities each season brings.
