Most Demeaning Ways to Take Out Opponents in Gears of War Online

Gears of War online is all good fun but getting killed some ways will just make you mad. Most of the time you start with the basics a pistol, your smoke grenade, gnasher shotgun, and your lancer machinegun with chainsaw bayonet. Now you would think that getting a kill is the same with every weapon, but you would be mistaken. There are some ways of scoring kills that are just demeaning but yet if you're the one doing the killing can be oh so much fun. This list outlines the most demeaning ways to score kills in Gears of War online for the Xbox 360.

Tagging an opponent with the torque bow sticks an arrow onto the enemy. Then a few seconds later they explode. If they don't know they have been tagged this will really catch them off guard, and tick them off. People hate being blown up, obviously, and the torque bow is such a slow weapon that if you do manage to tag someone with it's explosive arrows they feel let down, as if they were robbed, taken out by such a slow weapon.

Grenades are great for giving cover to you or your teammates, but try hitting an opponent with the frag grenade in your hand. They will be stuck by the grenade and explode causing you to score an instant kill. Tagging someone with a grenade and running away means that you were able to sneak up on an opponent without them knowing, or were able to get close enough without getting kill to score a melee hit. People hate this, and half the time don't even know that they have been stuck until it's too late.

Next is the curb stomp. Shooting someone down happens a lot so there you have a guy on his hands and knees taping the A button as fast as he can to stay alive hoping that a member of their team will come and pick them up. Seeing this you have a couple of options. You could just finish them off by blasting them, or you could perform the ever popular curb stomp. This move is done when an opponent is down and you go over to their body and press the X button. Your character will stomp the enemies face into the ground and score you some extra points. Opponents hate this because it's a long drawn out death sequence that looks really gruesome.

The final and most hated way to be killed in Gears of War online is by the Lancer Machineguns chainsaw bayonet. Many players are not very good with the chainsaw and opt to use the shotgun instead. Many times you'll see enemies get into shotgun fights that are fun to watch but annoying because a good kill with the chainsaw is just so much more satisfying. Many players consider the chainsaw bayonet to be a weapon only used by new players and therefore ineffective, so therefore scoring a kill with this weapon gets many laughs by your teammates and receives hostile comments by the person who just fell victim to the Lancers Chainsaw bayonet.

Most of these methods are all used in good fun but can be very satisfying if you're playing with a know it all, or someone who uses a lot of trash talk. Killing someone with the chainsaw is just so demeaning and will shut up in cocky player in an instant.
