1) Flossing
Removing the bacteria and buildup between one's teeth is more important than actually scrubbing the surfaces by brushing ones teeth. It is recommended that people floss daily and that if one is not going to floss everyday that they do it a minimum of three times a week. Flossing is so important because flossing makes a person's gums look healthier and their teeth look cleaner as well.
2) Removing Makeup at Night
Almost all makeup manufactures, skin care distributors and beauty professionals say that when women do not remove their makeup at night that they age multiple days for each night that they wear their makeup to bed. These estimates range any where from three to seven days. By using eye makeup remover and cleanser to remove all of a woman's makeup gently their skin and eyes will look fresher in the morning and applying their makeup the next day will also be an easier and faster process.
3) Sunscreen
Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen; it cannot be preached enough that everyone needs to wear sun screen everyday. To help prevent the burning impact of UVB rays that lead to severe skin damage and increased chances of cancer. Additionally, while people think that if they are inside all day that they do not need to wear sunscreen this is a false belief because windows only block UVB rays not UVA rays. UVA rays are the rays from the sun that cause premature aging. When trying to look younger, fresher and more put together is most women have this main goal. It is silly to skip the one step that will actually keep you looking younger. It is important to use a sunscreen that is designed for facial use, that is oil free and that will not clog a person's pores. Simply applying the sunscreen after cleansing and toning and before moisturizing is the most ideal time during a woman's morning beauty routine to take the time to apply sunscreen and protect their skin form the harmful rays of the sun.
