8. Abigail

Abigail was ranked number six in 2006, number four in 2005, number six in both 2004 and 2003, number seven in 2002, number eight in 2001, and number fourteen in 2000. Abigail means, "God is joy" and it is of Hebrew origin.
9. Elizabeth

Chloe means, "verdant and blooming" and it is of Greek origin.
