Mother, You Are Special - a Poem

You are so innocent,

And you are so kind,

You gave me everything,

Since I was a child.

When it was hot,

You gave me shade,

When it was too cold,

You holded me tight and gave the warmth.

I still remember those days,

When I was ill,

You managed all my meals,

With you mother, so comfortable I feel,

You were by my side all day and night,

You did everything to make me alright.

You had been my guardian,

And always been my friend,

But, yes, sometimes you were out of trend.

I feel blessed to have a mother like you,

Nothing can be as good as you.

I can never give you,

What you gave to me,

If I ever hurt you,

Please forgive me.

You are the best Mumma on this earth,

I am blessed here to take birth.

I love you for what you are,

I love you for what you have given me till now,

Thank you mumma."
