Mother's Day Brunch in Chicago

Mystic Blue is hosting a Mother's Day brunch that any mother would love! It's a casual afternoon cruise on Lake Michigan that will feature a live DJ and spectacular views of the Chicago skyline!

You will be boarding at Navy Pier at 3:00 p.m. for a two hour fun filled cruise of dining, dancing and site seeing. All four decks of this beautiful ship will be open for exploring.

The brunch buffet will offer a wide selection of salads, entrees and indulging deserts. Drinks are included in with the price and each guest will receive a complimentary Mimosa or glass of champagne!

You can choose to either book a reservation online or call 877-299-7783. This wonderful Mother's Day brunch is $49.90 per person and children from 3 to 11 years old will get to join you for half price!

Odyssey Cruises also have a exciting Mother's Day Brunch cruise scheduled. You can choose an early brunch in which you'll board the ship at 9:30 a.m. or choose the later brunch launching at 1:30 p.m.

You'll spend two hours dining, dancing to live music and just taking in the breathtaking view. Their salads, appetizers, entrees and delicious deserts are all prepared fresh daily and coffee and tea will be included in the price.

Reservations can be made either online or by calling 866-305-2469. The early brunch is $59.90 per person and if you prefer the afternoon brunch it's $64.90.

The Signature Room at the 95th is another wonderful place to take mom for that special Mother's Day brunch! Their brunch buffet includes everything from omelets and waffles to smoked salmon, chicken and homemade soups! There's also a wide selection of indulgent pastries and deserts including cheesecake, mousse, brownies and ice creams!

Their brunch is available from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00
It's located at 875 North Michigan Avenue and their brunch begins at 10:00 a.m. and lasts until 2:00 p.m. Price per adult is $42.00 and children from ages 4-12 can eat for $22.00.

You can make your reservations online or you can call them at 888-2-DINE-95. You should make your reservations at least 48 hours in advance and it's actually best to call as opposed to making them online.

Chicago's House of Blues is located at 329 North Dearborn and they feature an award winning gospel brunch! It's definitely a one of a kind experience with their live gospel music performances and dining.

Their brunch buffets are set up in various stations which include an omelet station, bread station, meat, salad and dessert stations. You can either create your own made to order omelet or have meals such as chicken with side dishes.

To dine in their private opera box you need to have at least four adults in your party and they charge $50.50 per person. But, you can also choose to dine on the main floor at $45.50 each, kids ages 6-12 eat for $22.00 and if they're under 6 they eat free!

Seating times are 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., however on special occasions they also include a 3:00 p.m. seating time. Tickets can only be purchased through HOB Chicago Box Office, but if you purchase them in person you get a savings of $2.50 per ticket!

Deep in the heart of Chicago is Dine Restaurant. This charming restaurant is located at 733 West Madison Street and offers cuisine to delight everyone's palate! You can create the perfect meal from several food stations with a wide selection such as omelets, waffles, sushi, oysters and shrimp to country baked ham or prime rib!

Their special Mother's Day brunch will run from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and will be $39.00 per person, $14.95 for children that are 12 and under and children under 5 will eat for free. Reservations can be made both online or by calling 312-606-2100.

If you're looking for a Mother's Day brunch that is definitely out of the ordinary, then check out the Brookfield Zoo Discovery Center! They're hosting a special brunch that will also allow you to enjoy their many animals and stroll through their amazing landscaping!

Their seating hours are at 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and their prices of $45.00 for adults and $31.00 for children 3 to 11 years old includes admission into the zoo! For reservations or more information you can call the Catered Events Department at 708-688-8355.

R.G. Runts is another really great place for a Mother's Day brunch and it's also a good choice if that Mother's Day present took most of your cash! They're located in Lincoln Park and offer an all you can eat brunch for just $14.95!

They are probably most famous for their salad bar, it's stocked with anything you could want to add to a salad and the vegetables are always fresh. The brunch also has some really tasty breakfast items including Belgian waffles, pecan praline French toast and a Denver scramble.

Their Sunday brunch time is from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and there's no need to make reservations, although you can expect a 15 - 20 minute waiting time to be seated.
