Mother's Day is coming up, and you want to treat the most important woman in your life the right way. Here are few spots where you can take your mom for brunch.

High Class Brunch:

Cafe des Artistes at the Corcoran Gallery of Art: If you mom is an art lover, The Corcoran Gallery is a great place for her. This venue has many great art collections. In addition, the art gallery has its own Restaurant. Located in the Main Atrium, Café des Artistes has a full lunch menu during the week, dinner on Thursday nights and a brunch buffet on Sundays. For Sunday Brunch, the café has brunch buffet that includes omelets, waffles, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, an assortment of salads, grilled chicken, pastries, fruit, desserts and more. The price for Brunch is $24.95/adults and $11.95/children, and you get admission into the museum for the day. It's best make your reservations early for Mother's Day will be a busy day. Brunch at Café Atlántico: A few blocks from the Verizon Center, This contemporary Latin restaurant has something different for brunch called the Latino Dim Sum Brunch. It takes the traditional Chinese Dim Sum and adds a Latin flavor to it. Your mom wanted you to try new things. Now, it's your turn to do the favor. The price is $13 with tortilla chips, and it is $14 with pita bread. It's best to reserve and arrive early to get good seating.

The 18th Amendment: Your mom doesn't expect pizza to considered breakfast food. At the 18th Amendment in Capitol Hill, they have a different version you mom may or may not like. They version of it is A homemade crust with bacon, sausage, egg and a blend of cheeses, served with syrup. They do have other brunch items like pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. Best part of this is that the menu items won't break the bank.

Luna Grill & Diner: Located in DuPont Circle, Luna Grill and Diner offer an out of this world dining experience with an a la carte brunch and full lunch menu. Drink specials include (varying week to week): variations of Bloody Marys, Mimosas and sometimes homemade sangria. The best part is that many items on their breakfast and/or brunch menu doesn't cost over $10. It's a good way to show mom you not wasting money.
