Mother's Day is approaching and I find myself thinking about all of the wonderful things my Mother has done for me. These Mother's Day poems are written by me, especially for my Mom. Happy Mother's Day!

May I Tell You About My Mother?

Mother, may I become the Mom that you are.
I am afraid I would not compare.
You always had time for me.
You were always there.

Mother, may I love my child
half as much as you love me.
May I always have
your courage and your beautiful strength.

Mother, may I be
all to my child that you are to me.
May I always love them
and let them just be.

Mother, may I do
half of the wonderful things that you do.
Mother, may I say
how much I love you.

Mother's Day poems bring the spirit and heart of our lives out. For many of us, our Mother's have guided us through the saddest and happiest times in our lives. I am so blessed to have my Mother in my life and her unconditional love and support. These special Mother's Day poems share how much I love my Mom.

My Mom

My Mom was there
for everything.
Every ballet,
every PTA meeting.

She went without
so I could have.
She was my Mom
and she was my Dad.

My Mom was brave,
she could do anything.
She defended me
and loved me unconditionally.

She was the one
who always clapped.
She was the one
who taught me to laugh.

My mom always smiled,
just as I do now.
I may have made it without her
but, I don't see how.

She cherished me
and I always felt loved.
My Mom is so special,
her work is never done.

Mother's Day poems

but, this one's for you, Mom.
I love you and I wanted you to know.
