Mountain View Whisman Schools for Rent

Last year the State of California required Mountain View School District to cut millions from our budgets, resulting in drastic measures. The district has been forced to lay workers off and cut program funding. Many efforts are made throughout the year to offset the effect of these cuts through fundraisers.

There is one way that more people could help generate additional income for Mountain View schools that few may know about. You can rent Mountain View school facilities for many community and personal purposes--this includes individual classrooms, labs, and the athletic field. The fees are varied depending on the use, but compared to similar accommodations, the fees are very reasonable. Fees start at just $13 an hour for a classroom.

If you are planning an event for next year, the Maintenance and Operations Director, along with the district CFO, must approve all rental requests. The applications are available online. Instead of other more expensive options for facilities, consider our schools. It is a win-win for everyone.
