1. Virginia - Early Bellwether - polls close around 7:30 p.m.
2. McCain Triangle - Needs OH, NC, and FL, if he loses Virginia (polls close around 8 p.m.)
3. Democratic drive for 60 Senate Seats - With the Kentucky results - Mitch McConnell, Senate Republican leader could be in a tight race
4. GOP Reduced to Just a Southern Party? Take a look at the only Republican New England Congressman.
5. What if Obama wins popular vote but loses electoral vote? How will the country react to that?

I know Ohio, Florida, and Virginia went to Obama, but did North Carolina? I thought it did. At any rate, I'm so glad he won the presidency. I think he's going to be, not only a good president, but a great one. Come January 20th, all of America can stand a little taller. :)

Obama just won the presidency with 284 electoral votes! YEAH!!!
It probably will come down to the McCain triangle. Even then, though Ohio is typically red I don't see him winning in NC or FL. VA closes at 7:30 so we'll see what happens.
