Good to Witness Stewart Smiling Rather Than Complaining

At the 2010 MTV Music Awards, Twilight's New Moon, starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner in the major roles, wins big. Anna Kendrick, who plays Kristen's friend in the move New Moon, and who was also nominated for an Academy Award for Up in the Air, won Best Breakout Star.

During the MTV Music Awards 2010, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson kissed on stage

Although Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have not appeared on the cover of People magazine announcing their union for all of the public to see, it's common knowledge to those who follow celebrity lifestyles that the two young stars are a pair. Stewart even complained to British Elle about the media getting nosy regarding her relationship with Pattinson. "People always ask me if I'm dating Robert. It's beyond annoying. People say that if I just tell them everything they'll leave me alone, but God, you think if I tell people they'll leave me alone? They pick up every little scrap, and that's much worse." But if PatStew were not in existence, Stewart would have made that clear.

Their union becomes even more apparent with their appearance at the 2010 MTV Music Awards. The two won The Best Kiss award for their work in Twilight. The pair put on a show for the audience, acting like they were no good at kissing. This display added more mystery to the question of whether they are together or not. But the public is not stupid. The shy and intense Kristen Stewart lights up when she's on stage with Robert Pattinson. When you're with someone you love, that tends to happen.

What's next for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson?

Folks got an opportunity to see Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson together at the MTV Music Awards 2010, but there will be much more where that came from. The third Twilight movie is due out soon, Eclipse, and a clip was shown at the 2010 MTV Music Awards. Chances are this sequel will receive as much recognition or more than the last two Twilight movies. Fans wait to see if PatStew will continue to heat up or cool off with their continued star status.
