MTV's "Teen Mom" News: Amber Portwood Formally Charged by Prosecutors

Oh snap! Right after Christmas too...that stinks... So in case you haven't heard, Teen Mom...um... resident hosebeast, star , castmember, Amber Portwood has finally been formally charged by Madison County Indiana officials for the domestic abuse MTV's cameras caught filming "Teen Mom" when she physically assaulted then fiancé Gary Shirley. Orangina's been charged with 2 counts of felony domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery. These charges could come with up to three years behind bars and a $10,000 fine, but unlikely she'll see a sentence like that since she has no priors. As of right now I can't find anything about an arrest or bail..but it's the holiday season, so if any of you fantastic readers see something new before I do, please post a link in the comments.
