Ingredients

Serves 6
1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef/Hamburger
1 tsp salt
1 can Tomato soup (10 1/2 oz)
1/2 can Tomato soup
4 to 6 carrots (sliced or diced)
2 cans water
4 to 6 potatoes (sliced or diced)
1 Tbsp onion flakes (dehyrdrated minced)

Directions for Mulligan's Hamburger Stew

Brown the hamburger (ground beef) in a deep kettle or frying pan. Once browned, add all the ingredients and stir well. Cover and let cook till tender. Stir every 5 to 10 minutes. Once vegetables are tender remove lid. If the stew is to soup for you, let the juice cook down.Enjoy
