Multi Product Fruit Juice Review

Fruit Juice Made by Minute Maid and True Blue

Recently I had a craving for fruit juice, as I stood in the juice aisle of my local grocery store I was overcome with the vast amount of juice available on the shelves. As I was not sure what I was in the mood for, I was having a really hard time making a decision about what fruit juice to purchase. In this review I will focus on two different fruit juices that I purchased and I will share my thoughts and experiences with both fruit juices in an effort to help other consumers make an informed buying decision.

First up is a well known fruit juice that is available in several sized containers and is loved by kids and adults alike. Minute Maid 100% Apple Juice. I personally went with the multi pack of small boxes.

I purchased the package of 6.75 fluid ounce juice boxes because I limit how much apple juice I consume because the acid in apple juice is very bad for the enamel on your teeth. Minute Maid Apple 100% juice contains no added sugar and 100% vitamin c, and an impressive 10% of calcium for stronger teeth and bones. It is nice to know Minute Maid is trying to make this 100% juice product a little safer for your teeth! This is a great tasting juice that is convenient for having a nutritious drink on the go, or for in a packed lunch. I really enjoyed Minute Maid Apple Juice 100% juice. It has a great flavor and is a great source of vitamin c.

The other juice I purchased is one I had never heard of before. True Blue Blueberry Pomegranate juice is a blend of blueberry, pomegranate, apple, grape black currant and purple and black carrot juice. True Blue blueberry Pomegranate juice contains 25% juice and no high fructose corn syrup. Each bottle of True Blue contains as much as a full serving of fresh fruit and 100% vitamin c per daily recommended value. I enjoyed the unique flavor and that I got a lot of vitamin c by drinking the whole bottle, but this juice is full of sugar, almost 60 grams per 16 fluid ounce bottle.

I would recommend either of these beverages to others who are looking for a fruit juice beverage that is high in vitamin c. Both of these drinks are delicious and nutritious, and also affordable. Blueberry juice is an excellent source of antioxidants and apple juice is high in vitamin c.
