Proteins are an important part of your diet, because they repair and make grow your muscles, but amino acids are as important too. They are considered to be the building blocks of proteins, and there are about twenty of them. The human body produces about half of those amino acids naturally, but the rest must be ingested in the form of food and supplements.
A good amino acid intake can improve the results of your workout, so it is a good idea to take protein shakes. Many new protein shakes include amino acids that help the body absorb, and make a more efficient use of the protein. Some of the amino acids considered essential in muscle building are histidine, arganine, lysine, methionine, isoleucine leucine, tryptophan and valine. Bodybuilders must make sure that their diet includes all these amino acids.
It is common knowledge that protein helps muscle growth, but the intake amount is very important. Insufficient protein will have as a result insufficient muscle growth, but excessive proteins in our diet can produce strain in tour kidneys; a top quality protein supplement combined with the experienced advice of our personal trainer will determine the optimal quantity of protein you need to take to achieve maximum muscle growth without damaging your body.

Also comment in the different types of proteins, because different supplements have different kinds of proteins that have different properties.
Another thing to keep in mind is that protein consumed half an hour before of you workout can be absorbed by your body very efficiently, so you might want to try it out to improve your results even more. If you add to your protein shake fruit it would be much better. Fruits contain anti oxidants and vitamins that are very good to your body, and they will also add a nice flavor to your shake. Just make sure it is well blended to have a nice texture. Protein bars are a good idea as well. They are more practical than shakes and their taste is pretty good; just like any other cereal or chocolate bar with just an extra punch of proteins. Choose one with high protein content.
