Some of the most believed songs of all time were written and produced by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart. On Sept. 14, Royal Oak resident Stu Johnson intends to bring it all back to us with his premier of these beloved stars. Presenting an introduction to their music, the show will feature songs like "My Funny Valentine" and "Manhattan," which have been performed countless times and are the basis for some of today's jazz.

Come and view the life of these two composers at the Royal Oak Public Library. The 7 p.m. event is free and will be open to the public. Johnson will present an introduction to their plays and movies, as well as give the biography of both legends. If you are a fan, playwright, actor or actress, or just a lover of music, this is one that you shouldn't miss. Visit: www.ropl.org for more details.
