Pantone Study Colors for Every Skin Tone or Hair Color: Eggplant
Dark eggplant tones are the perfect pair to a pair of navy blue jeans, a grey skirt, or nearly any other color. This rich purple tone is one color that you just can't go wrong with--no matter what hair color or skin tone you have! We always hear designers talk about how difficult it is to decorate with certain colors--mainly purple! With eggplant, clothing styles will flatter your skin tone and hair color whether you are a tan bodied blond or a light skinned brunette or anything in between!
Pantone Study Colors for Every Skin Tone or Hair Color: Red
Red is that universal color that Pantone claims will work with anything or anyone! True red to be exact is the chosen color from this study because it too lies in the center of the color spectrum. A bold statement of color has also been found to increase confidence and the likelihood of good things happening so there really is no reason why you shouldn't own a true red shirt or two! Whether you have cool skin tones or warm tones, a true red wardrobe will make you stand out and you are sure to get some good comments!
Pantone Study Colors for Every Skin Tone or Hair Color: Soft Rose
Also on the center of the color spectrum is a soft rose tone that looks great with light skin and dark skin, blond hair, red hair and brunette hair. A pink tone that is much like the baseball gum we all used to chew as children, this color is not too light and not too dark. It's perfect when paired with a pair of khaki pants, dark jeans or even a black skirt. The great thing about colors that flatter all hair colors and skin tones is that these colors also look great with all clothing colors too!
Pantone Study Colors for Every Skin Tone or Hair Color: Teal
A dark teal such as an artisan style teal is the perfect finishing touch to a wardrobe that will flatter any hair color or skin tone. Not to be confused with a turquoise tone, teal has a special skin tone enhancing ability due to its place on the color spectrum. While this tone is not directly in the center of the spectrum, it does happen to sit directly opposite of a pink skin tone which is why it is so complimentary to all skin types. It creates a blushing feature against our skin that is instantly flattering!

Post a CommentGreat advice for all the non-black women out there. Seriously, you can't say "This rich purple tone is one color that you just can't go wrong with--no matter what hair color or skin tone you have!" and then end with "whether you are a tan bodied blond or a light skinned brunette or anything in between!"? There are entire continents filled with women that land outside this "enormous" spectrum you have defined. Nice job.
