Must Have IPhone Apps

Reez
Ever since the iPhone was released in 2007, Apple profits have soared from the selling of something other than the iPod or Mac desktop and laptops product range. And since 2007 the iPhone have come a long way with better features and storage space. And the appeal for its simplictic design and iconic statement made the iPhone a device very hard to resist from the consumers. What made the iPhone a hit is no doubt it simple design but superb touch screen features unrival to none. Also among the greatest thing about the iPhone is you can customize the apps you need in the iPhone through iTunes.

Thanks to iTunes, you can choose the countless apps in the market ranging from Finance to Lifestyle to even games. Some of them are free of charge and some range from as low as 99 cents to as high as USD$15. But here's my take of what I believe is an essential apps you need installed in your iPhone. Of course it differs between you and me but this is basically the must have apps to be installed.

Bloomberg

A very effective and must have tool for those who must keep track of the latest stocks and share prices in the market. Not only it provides latest real time price changes, it also provides the latest business related new taken from Bloomberg themselves. - FREE

Pocket Money

Is the most comprehensive and best personal finance apps that lets you keep track of your personal finance. Pocket Money does the usual of multiple accounts management as in it can transfer cash between accounts, withdrawal, deposits, budgeting, split transaction, filters and much more. It's easy to use and straight to the forward navigation. I use this apps myself after trying numerous personal finance apps. By far Pocket Money is a must have apps and highly recommended - USD$4.99

Evernote

A great apps where you can store notes, video clips and pictures online and then you can access it anywhere from your desktop or web. A great tool for those who takes lot of notes and pictures and needs to access them later online to print out. You'll need to register an account first but the apps and service is free. - FREE

Facebook

Probably the most important social networking apps around. I can't tell you how much time I spend checking, updating and chatting in my facebook account. If you have a facebook account and spend 60% of your time checking your account than you will need this apps in your phone. - FREE

BeeJive IM

Impressive user interface and a very straight forward apps for IM. Included all the emoticons you need for a great chat on the go. Beejive allows the apps to run at the backend even if you press the home button. Any messages or chat will be pushed and prompt to you. How cool is that? Slightly pricy and bad thing I see is no VOIP support for YM. I use Nimbuzz for that. - USD$9.99

Skype

Probably the best way to save cash from your phone bills. I use Skype on wifi to call friends of mine and talk for long hours since the only thing you need to pay will be the internet bill. Suprisingly the quality of the phone call is clear and uninterrupted just like a real phone. A must have for VOIP calls since I only use Skype to call rather than chatting. - FREE

Nimbuzz

Just as impressive as BeeJive, but one thing Nimbuzz has is VOIP support. I used this to call a friend of mine in YM. Though the quality of the call is not as impressive as Skype its still good enough to do VOIP on other than Skype. Chatting on Nimbuzz also seems okay with standard basic IM features with impressive user interface. - FREE
