Ingredients

Serves 6
1/2 cups whipping cream
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp dry mustard
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions for Mustard Cream

Combine whipping cream and dry mustard in a small bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill thoroughly.

Makes 1 ½ cups
