But my all time favorite feature would have to be the remote starter. Oh my god I never knew that I could love a car this much. When I purchased Ke-Ke(that's what I named her) it was back in November, and It was still quite cold. The salesperson took me on the lot, pointed the remote to her and she started up. Excitement and eagerness were the emotions that described the way I felt. Never in life again will there be a car in my possession that does not have this funtion. I'ts nothing like sitting in your comfortable home and starting your car. The days of getting into a freezing car are over for this lady, and just because it's warmer doesn't mean I've stopped using this function. Baking like a ham is not an option either.
The one thing that would make my car even better is some sort of navigation system. Driving is not something that I love to do, but if it came with this function I would probably be more prone to go longer distances. Map reading is not my forte, and there is not always someone around to tell me how to get where I'm going. At times taking a longer trip on my own is something that I would like to venture into, but with my luck I would probably get lost. Eventually I will check into getting one of those portable ones, but until then hitting up the freeways here is fine with me.
This is actually the second time I have ventured into the purchase of a Malibu. The first one was an '03, and it was gold in color. Before purchasing this vehicle, I swear there was not another one on the road or so I thought. Everyone and there grandma had one exactly like it. I've never been one to draw attention to myself, but you never see anyone else driving a car like yours until you get it on the road. This is what I love about my new one. I've seen a few silver one's, but none of them have had both the sunroof and spoiler on them, so of course I'm feeling a little special. There will come a time when I'm casually cruising down the street, and there will be an exact replica, and that will be fine. But until then I will bask in the glory of knowing right now at this time there is not one quite like mine.

Post a CommentThere aren't too many women I know who are as in love with their car as I am with mine. I'm all about my Suzuki the way you are with your Malibu, but I think what I love about mine is that my first name is S, and there are Ss all over the steering wheel, hood, rims, and the seat adjustment is beautiful. It leans and turns almost like getting into an updated lazy boy. You got to love cars that love you! This one sounds hot. I went to Chicago's auto show last year, and I could've stayed there all friggin' day. I love cars! Oh yeah, and the navigation system is sweet. I'm always going out of town, and one time, my cousin rented one. We kept going the wrong way just so the thing would lead us back the right way. Pure entertainment. I live and breathe Mapquest (specifically to tell me where cheap gas is), so directions are no problem for me, but the system is nice anyway.
hey, I see another Rock City lady here at AC! I just joined a couple of days ago (haven't written anything yet) but your article caught my eye! I'm actually in the process of going through the motions with car shopping and dealerships and stuff like that, so I might have to go and check this one out! Holla
I am so glad you are happy with your car. I feel that way about White Guhl (my Expedition). Hopefully I can go for a ride in it one day...lol
