My 3 Best Cranberry Cocktail Recipes

Do you love the flavour of Cranberry? I do, so here I present three of my favorite Cranberry Cocktail recipes:

Cranberry-Limoncello Cocktail

Cranberry juice and the Italian Limoncello make a delicious mix. So here is a quick cocktail-

Ingredients-

Half cup Seltzer

One-fourth cup Limoncello

Two tablespoonfuls unsweetened Cranberry Juice.

Ice

Lemon peel to garnish and few Cranberries to garnish

½ cup seltzer

¼ cup Limoncello

2 tbsps unsweetened cranberry juice

Ice

One ¾ by 3 inch lemon peel, for garnishing

3-4 cranberries, for garnishing

Method:

Mix the first three ingredients that is, the Seltzer, Limoncello and unsweetened Cranberry Juice. Pour this mix into a glass filled with ice and garnish with lemon peel.

Vodka Cranberry Cocktail

Here's another heady combination:

Ingredients-

One third glass Vodka

Two-thirds glass Cranberry Juice

Few Cranberries for garnishing

Mix the two and add ice. Pour in cocktail glasses with Cranberries thrown in to give visual appeal. Ratio can differ according to taste.

Cranberry Gingerly Cocktail

A great Cranberry cocktail for Thanksgiving:

Ingredients-

One-fourth cup Vodka

Two tablespoonfuls ginger beer,

One and half tablespoon thawed cranberry juice concentrate

One and half teaspoon lemon juice

One-eighth teaspoon ground ginger

Ice

Method:

Shake all of the above in a cocktail shaker. Strain into Martini Glasses and serve garnished with a slice of crystallized ginger.
