The subject of my mind and the piece that makes me whole.
So when I say that I love you my body sighs in relief.
They ask me what I stand for and I tell them you are my belief.
You are my philosophy so I study your way of life.
Trying to work up the nerve to bend a knee and ask you to be my wife.
Not a student but a colleague as we often compare notes.
With you I learn gravity as I envision how hope floats.
You know that I'm no comic though I can make you smile.
Your touch surrounds me like a comet, you have an Angelistic style.
Everyday is like another day on a resort because I enjoy the view.
And the reason why I'm not afraid to give my all is because of you.
