Directions for My Best Italian Recipe-Regina Cookies-Cookies with the Seeds (Sesame)
1
Sift flour. Add baking powder. Beat the eggs. Add sugar, salt and blend well. Melt the butter, or margarine and let cool. Mix all ingredients together in the flour. Mix by hand and if sticky add flour as you go along. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a flat, wet dish towel. Roll a small piece of dough into a long rope and cut the rope into approximately 2 inch pieces. Roll each 2 inch piece of dough into the sesame seeds that are on the flat, wet dish towel and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used. Bake the cookies in the oven at 350 degrees until the cookies are golden brown - approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your oven and altitude.

Post a CommentNo problem, Michele. I am unaware of that problem but I'm having one trying to submit an article. All the pages towards publishing it aren't showing up. I'll try again later. :(
Mary - please know that from now until they fix the site - I cannot leave a comment for you. It takes (on avg) 5 minutes just to enter all the varied security codes to verify that I can leave a comment here - even though I am "signed in" on my profile page! I've reported the bug - but with so many issues, I'm on the bottom of the pile. cheers - I'll be reading and viewing your stuff, but you will never know I was here - sadly so. cheers
