My Dear Grand Daughter!

Time Is---- Destiny!!!! ------

Deneale K. Williams
I have a Grand daughter, shes seen me only two times....

I love her dearly, but she doesn't even know I exist.

She is a beautiful girl, I only know because people sneak photos to me;

I wish she was around there is so much we are missing!

I can't even make my words rhyme as I usually do when I write poetry....

My heart is filled with sorrow and sadness, wanting and wishing;

So much regret, so much loss, so much missing and then I remember----

What about my son, the Father to this child. How he must feel.....

Then I feel even worse, for a Father without a daughter,

One who he loves so dear, wants so near, and loves so much;

He has missed over two years, so much time wasted and for what?

A beautiful child is missing so much love right now,

And over something so petty, something so immature, so wrong......

The child is the one suffering, the child is the one confused.

A child has a lot of love to offer, a child needs love, wants love.

My dear Grand daughter, never think your family has left you behind.

We are always in your heart. We love you, inside and out.

Someday you will see and know, someday, time will tell.

Someday, this rhyme will be a memory, and someday we will finally be---

Together as a family should be.

Time is--- Destiny!!

Dedicated to my oldest and first born Grand daughter

I love to read, write, do crafts and spend time with friends and family. It has been said that I am loud and outgoing. I'm open minded, and honest. Family first. I love my family, I love helping others too!...  View profile

    I was thinking about you and thought I'd come re-read some of your poetry. I don't know how I missed this. Hope it's all worked out by now.

    Things will work out some way, some day. They usually do. Hang in there.
