My Dear Valentine: A Valentine’s Day Poem

Bridgitte Williams

My dear Valentine.

I treasure that you are mine.

Red roses and a happy heart.

May we never be apart.

Diamonds shine forever in your eyes.

A pure passion with no disguise.

Flames melt my mind.

We burn so slowly, we have time.

Chocolates are so sweet.

You are, by far, sweeter, to me.

Pure white doves.

Kissing you, just because.

Every day is Valentine's Day.

We are cherished karma, we are fate.

A pretty box with a red ribbon.

No gift can be as special as what you have already given.

Dress me in your love.

I wear it with the wishing stars from above.

Sparkling.

Glittering.

Blinding.

Guiding.

In your loving eyes, I shine.

My dear Valentine.

And, today, I want to say...

Happiest Valentine's Day!
