The sound of water running fast
Filling space that hopes to cheer
Into space my eye does cast
Relaxing time, no need to fear
Filling space that hopes to cheer
Into space my eye does cast
Relaxing time, no need to fear
That subtle phrase of water heat
My heart calms down upon its sound
The bubbles as they start to beat
A rhythm of a trembling ground
And so the steam as phantoms leave
The spout that carries oh so much
The anticipation I can not believe
Soon anxiety has no clutch
For as the water comes to boil
And cup prepared in perfect time
The tea produced will tension foil
As I sip such amber wine
And so good friend you serve me well
With circumstance that needed brew
Oh the stories you could tell
If speak you could of time that flew
