My Experience Earning Prizes and Money on Swag Bucks

Swag Bucks is an online search engine and rewards website. After signing up to become a Swag Bucks's member you can earn swag bucks by using the website's search engine, entering special codes, completing surveys, referring friends or by making purchases through links to retailers from the Swag Buck's website.

I joined Swag Bucks five and half months ago, and the site keeps adding new ways to win swag bucks. Recently they added a coupon link where you can print coupons to take to the grocery store. Once redeemed, your Swag Bucks account is supposedly credited with 10 swag bucks per coupon. I have printed and used a few of the coupons successfully, but have not received the swag bucks yet. The website says to allow six to eight weeks for processing, and it's only been four weeks.

In the past five and half months I have earned thousands of swag bucks. I have redeemed them for two magazine subscriptions and two $25 Restaurant.com gift certificates. Swag bucks don't equate to an exact dollar amount, but with a quick peek in the Swag Store, you can determine the value of your swag bucks.

For example, a $5 Paypal cash credit costs 700 SB, a $10 Barnes & Noble Gift Card costs 1,250 SB and a $25 e-gift card to Restaurant.com will set you back 400 SB.

I earn 90 percent of my swag bucks by using the Google-ish search engine on the Swag Bucks homepage. You don't earn swag bucks for each search. I notice a reward of 5 to 12 swag bucks within the first three searches for the day and then a reward every 10 to 15 searches throughout the day. I use an online search engine frequently throughout the day for research, so Swag Bucks is a simple way for me to earn a free meal or new magazine for doing a task I'd be doing anyway.
