Adobe Creative Suite 5 is an amazing piece of software that cost me $1800 and it was well worth the money. The unique thing about this version is that it requires no memorization at all. You simply import the images and create layers within the images that can be altered to move the images around. You can make someone look taller or make his or her smile brighter. A new feature that they have is the fill feature that allows the software to a space you select with the environment that would have been their if the selected element was removed. You can remove people from pictures and nature photographs will be automatically filled to look amazing. You can also alter the look of the person and make animals appear to be scarier by adjusting the size and look of their teeth. All of this is done with the use of layers and could not be done in the previous Adobe Creative Suite 4 and that version is $1300 on Amazon. This comes with Photoshop and Illustrator in addition to Fireworks and Dreamweaver. They also have an alignment tool that I use for everything because it can give you a perfect page design. You can save the profile and it will apply the same design to every one of the elements on the page that you select. This feature was not available in the previous version and it saves me hours with designing pages. They also have a new review feature that puts your work online and allows you to see posted comments in your documents. This helps to get feedback on a project and this feature alone is worth the price tag.
