My Experience with the Sonicare Flexcare

Chen Salis
I was slightly skeptical of the Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush for one good reason. The price. Nearly two hundred dollars for a toothbrush is ridiculous in my opinion. However, the UV sanitizer intrigued me and this particular electric toothbrush was highly recommended to me by my dentist, and a friend of mine has the sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush. She is crazy about her toothbrush. Okay, I will admit it. I was jealous... I wanted a two hundred dollar toothbrush too!

So I went into Target and bought the Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush with a built in UV Sanitizer. I decided that if I could prevent any bacteria and germs from inhabiting my toothbrush, as bathrooms are really quite gross, maybe I would avoid the common cold, influenza or any other nasty illness that this purchase would prove to be money well spent.

The second I began brushing my teeth with the Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush I could not understand how I ever lived without this product. I will say that the initial brushing made my lips feel odd, and I made quite a mess on my bathroom mirror with toothpaste flying every where, as my lips were numb and tingling. However my teeth felt so clean, it was like that fresh from the dentists office clean feeling.

The Sonicare Flexcare toothbrush has 2 cleaning cycles, a quick one minute cycle called ' go care' and a fantastic 3 minute cycle called 'max care'. The Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush has 3 settings: clean, massage and sensitive. I love that the unit charges the toothbrush and with the simple removal of the toothbrush head you can send it through a ten minute cycle to kill germs and bacteria.

The Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush is not only a great product, that is made by Phillips, but also it is also effective. I love brushing my teeth with my Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush and I would recommend this electric toothbrush to anyone who is concerned about their dental hygiene routine, and or the germs and bacteria that can thrive on your toothbrush. As most people simply can't put the recommended 9 feet of space between their toothbrush and their toilet. I mean, think about it. Every time you flush your toilet you are adding some really disgusting germs to the tool that keeps your teeth clean...

The Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush with a UV sanitizer unit is a good investment for not only your dental health, but also for your overall health as well.
