My Experiences with Pheonix Oil of Stonington CT

I have used Phoenix to install a furnace in an old home in 2002. They gave me a very reasonable price. The install included the furnace, an oil hot water tank and seven zone distribution systems. I feel I received a very good price for the work that was accomplished especially considering the building of a seven zone distribution system.
The only problems I have had in the last ten years with their install are the replacement of a few servo control valves. The replacement of these valves is not due to any workmanship on Phoenix oil part. The original servo valves were discontinued by the manufacture and replaced with larger stronger servo valves.
I was on the automatic oil home delivery for a few years. I found the prices Phoenix charged for automatic delivery was average for the area. I stopped the automatic delivery because I felt I could get a better economic price without automatic home delivery. While I was on the phoenix auto delivery system there were a few times I had to call to get oil delivered. There was no problem calling early in the morning and getting oil delivered that same day.
I have always found Phoenix oil to be very professional and friendly. I would hire them again when I need to do any furnace work. However, since I am not traveling for business like I used to, I do not use automatic oil delivery.
