He did the best he could.
He worked so hard for family,
We knew he always would.
He gave his children a sense of pride,
He gave his family everything until he died.
He was friendly to all, and fun to be around.
Everyone knew him, his friends did abound.
He taught us right from wrong,
When to give in and when to be strong.
He taught us to work hard and do the best we can.
He taught us to love and laugh and help our fellow man.
He treated his wife with respect and love,
He joins her now, on the wing of a dove.
He didn't wait long, after she was gone,
His love for her was very strong.
