My Fathers day poem starts like so , Fathers are fabulous and I have to tell you this, they are fantastically terrific even if i do say so.
My Fathers day poem is about a father that cooks, cleans helps with the chores does his own work as well and doesn't come home to complain and let his self be known. My fathers day poem , is about about a father of whom teaches his little girl his own recipes in shares a laugh or two. He teaches her to drive that car , and maybe even teaches her to take it apart and put it back together too. My Fathers day poem is ,fathers are a little girls hero , they take you to park and help you get in that swing that mom can't quite lift you up to , take you to the circus and let you see those animals , and even to the drive-inn. My Fathers day poem is even in our saddest times ,he is there to rescue you , he lends an ear to just listen even when he day is through. He bumps you on his knee and plays the pony too until his knees feel like they are going to crack and his back may too. He never complains, even though he may want to. He never is asked how dad how about your day , how did it go for you ? He is out there mowing lawn trying to make that extra buck , and then may even take you for a ride in that big rig his eighteen wheeler truck . He plays baseball , basketball, softball & for even for the girls too . He helps pick out that tree come holiday season and helps take it down as well and load it off for all of you . My Fathers day poem is a little hard to say cause ,I looked for my daddy for more than 16 yrs to say the father I thought I could only dream about seeing him again has finally come true , cause after thinking I would never see him again one of my prayers was that I would see my father again even just a time or two.Now after a long awaiting and lot praying too, my daughter & I got brave and went thumbing through the pages & I then never thought it'd be and then we took another and only then we did see we had finally-found him in that great big ole phone book right there in black and white . The moments we shared when I was little came flooding back all at once, cause it is all just so wonderful what Jesus can do for you , if we only will wait and then we will see and this is all so true . Now my Fathers day poem ,dream has finally come to life and he even e-mails me more than a time or two, I got a little lump in my throat from this deep grand of emotion here cause but, I know it all comes from your deep love and great devotion that you have shown me over all these years. I just wanted to say thank you . Hope some day to see you again . I love you Daddy and thanks for all you do and this is my poem to you . Love you always. May you have a great Fathers Day
