My Father's Day Poem

Recalcitrantem

I learned a lot from you

But not as much as I could have

I grew a lot, but I shrank too,

But not as much as I could have.

If Mom had the hardest job,

You had the most fluid.

We watched and remembered

Good things and bad

And it made us what we are..

All because you're our dad.
