Post a CommentDeana, I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for the compliments. I find writing to be pretty healing. Hopefully in writing your obituary for your dad it will bring you a little comfort.
My Daddy just passed away and I had no idea how to even begin to write an obituary nor what to say. I read what you wrote about your Daddy and cried. He really sounds alot like my dad. Thank-you for sharing this. It helped me find a starting place. God bless you.
Hey, Terri, you did a beautiful job writing Dad's obituary during such a sad time with so many mixed emotions.
I'm very proud of my little sister and grateful we have such a talented writer in the family. Love and hugs, Cindy
Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss, Terri.

So sorry to hear of your loss. He will continue on in your hearts....
I grew up in Marietta and was surprised to see that your dad lived near my old stomping grounds. I am so sorry Terry for your loss. I can only imagine how difficult a time this must be for your family. I just wanted you to know I had you and your family in my thoughts.
