My favorite product for replenishing my lost energy is the Clif energy bars. Many times, I grab one while I'm biking and eat it as I go along. They taste better than any other energy bar I have tried, and they are very healthy for you as well. Of course they are not going to taste like a candy bar, but that is to be expected. They contain such ingredients as rolled oats, roasted soybeans, milled flaxseed, and soy flour. The combination of these ingredients leads to a great mix of protein, carbohydrates, and fiber. Since they are not just a sugary candy or granola bar, you won't experience the sugar crash that you may with other products. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip version, but there is a very wide variety of flavors to suit your particular preference.
I also like Sweet Success Power Blend Energy Juice Fusion, which is an energy drink, but it is a healthier alternative to the other more popular ones that are mostly just a caffeine kick. It is a mix of fruit juices and herbs which create a refreshing and healthy drink on the go. I usually take one of these with me in addition to water when I go out biking on a long trip. They taste great, and I don't have to feel guilty when I drink one.
The last product I use to keep my body going strong while biking is the classic One A Day vitamin. It may not be specifically marketed for energy boost, but I find that they do help keep my energy level up and keep me healthy. Your body's energy level can only be at its peak when you have all the vitamins it needs, and these help assure you of that.
Those are all the products that I use to help keep my energy up while biking and all other daily activities. I don't think you need a huge list of products for this, but a few can help you feel more healthy throughout the day. I don't live on any of the aforementioned products, and I don't think it is a good idea to do so. I use them all in moderation, and they all combine to keep my energy at the level it should be at.
