My Favorite TV Couples

These are the TV couples that I would love to see stay together forever and even wish were together in real life.

My most favorite couple would have to be Meredith and Derrick from the show Grey's Anatomy. To me, they are just the perfect couple. The type of couple that people in the real world sit back and wish they were more like. Meredith and Derrick (also known as Mer and Der) have been through so much together and I'm hearing that wedding bells will be ringing on the series's 100th episode.

The next couple on my list would have to be Sam and Naomi Bennett from Private Practice. This couple was once married and opened their own "private practice", then divorced. Although no longer together, they still managed to run their business and keep a good relationship. That definitely gives them points for being an outstanding couple in my opinion.

What would a list of famous tv couples be without Mike and Carol from the Brady Bunch? With a house full of kids they somehow managed to still keep their love alive and were always so sweet and flirty with each other.

Roseanne and Dan Connor from the tv series Roseanne are also one of my favorites. Even though they eventually got a divorce in the last season, they were still a great couple. Watching this couple on television was like being in an actual house and seeing them together with your own eyes. They always kept me laughing.

Carrie and Big from Sex and the City are another favorite couple of mine. With their on again off again relationship, they always kept their fans wanting more. They are one of those couples that everybody hopes to see together.

Leave it to Beaver couple Ward and June Cleaver are almost a favorite to everyone. No one ever seemed to have the kind of relationship that Ward and June had. They never seemed to have any real problems which led them to seem more "like a dream" to most couples.

Cliff and Clair Huxtable from The Cosby Show are another favorite of mine. With all the things going on with all their children, the lawyer and doctor always seemed to have time for each other and were always very affectionate. Cliff kept Clair laughing, and she was always sure to keep him in line.

Al and Peggy Bundy from Married With Children are also on my list of favorite couples. Although, I'm not quite sure why. Their marriage didn't seem to be very healthy and they were always putting each other down. I'm guessing they are just one of those couples that we love to hate.

One of my new favorite couples would have to be Hank and Peggy Hill from King of the Hill. Being an animated couple, they go through the same problems as real life couples. They are very "backwoods" and I relate to them on various levels. I absolutely love this couple.

Last would have to be Lucy and Ricky Ricardo from I Love Lucy. Not only couples on screen, they were also lovers in real life which made their connection in the series so strong. You could always tell that they had chemistry and really loved each other.
