1/4 cup coconut milk (I prefer light, low-fat)
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1/8 cup shredded coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/8-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp or less orange zest (optional)
