My Fishing Partner

Sunny "Rice" 6killer the Original Fishing Magician

Mr. Chip's
My fishing partner

My Dad

Our story could be of the adventures in a story book

Fishing the globe

From Turkey to Tacoma

Jumping perimeter fences

Crossing barbed wire farmers fields

Catching monster cats maybe I am fibbing a little

Or that Ling Cod I lost in the black of night in the Seattle Locks

Dad was my fishing partner

Always with a cool head maybe ...tee hee...a little too cool

As in when we fished on Langley Air Base in a full blown category five thunderstorm

Dad had a firm grip on his rod pulling them out the drink

Our lawn chairs just blowing all over the place

One almost deep sixed into the that choppy Chesapeake those white caps whipping

Me and dad finally surrendered as we heard the thunderclap and jumped into the station wagon

Now I wonder is dad still fishing up there behind those Pearly gates.
