My Grandmother "Nora"

Nora shared her knowledge, words I will always live by,
Reminiscing those moments, still brings tears to my eyes.

Nora had a spirit about her, that now I understand,
She was so loveable and funny, she was just so grand.

Nora loved us all in her own way
It was tough on the family,
When God made his decision that day.

Nora held us all together, she kept the family tight
Since she's been gone, our family hasn't been right.

Nora, Nora, you are truly missed,
Tears fall down the cheeks you often kissed.
To be forgotten, that will happen never,
Lord how I need her now more than ever.

To live without my Nora, I didn't think I would know how,
It's hard to believe I have three grandchildren of my own now.

Children have changed so since Nora has been gone,
Her heart would break to see how they carry on.
