My Hawaii Macadamia Crunch Chocolates

My Hawaii Macadamia Crunch chocolates are a delicacy that I hope everyone who enjoys macadamia nuts is able to enjoy at least once! I recently received a box of macadamia crunch chocolates as a gift from a client. I love nuts, and as almost all ladies, I also love chocolates. I was able to resist opening these candies until I got home. I was kind enough to share this 5 ounce box of chocolates with my boyfriend. We both went absolutely crazy over these Hawaiian goodies! In this review I will focus on the My Hawaii brand of Macadiamia Crunch chocolate candies in an effort to help other consumers find, in my opinion, the best macadamia nut candy on the market.

The packaging for My Hawaii Macadamia Crunch candy is distinct. It is a thin, colorful green box. The photos of the candy are very much like the actual candy is. Deluxe macadamia nuts, crisped rice and luscious chocolate compose these candies, that are similar to a little chocolate cup of heaven. These candies are made by Hawaiian Host Chocolates in Honolulu. Each box contains 15 chocolates. These are thick and quite fantastic. I could not imagine how it is to have an allergy to tree nuts! The candies are small cups but they are very thick. Imagine the size of a Reese's peanut butter cup mini. My Hawaii Macadamia Crunch cups are a little bigger in diameter. In my opinion, and please keep in mind that everyone probably tastes things differently, these candies have a slight coconut flavor which is fantastic in my opinion.

There are a few other varieties of this Hawaiian treat such as Carmel Macadiamia Nut and so on. I have never personally noticed this brand of candy in my local grocery store, but keep in mind I live in a very small town in Southeastern Ohio. I will make an effort to keep my eyes open for The Hawaiian Host My Hawaii brand of Macadamia Crunch cups for my own consumption on special occasions and I will give this brand of candy as gifts, assuming I can find it in stores or purchase them at reasonable prices online! I would recommend the Hawaiian Host My Hawaii Macadamia Crunch candies to anyone who likes nuts in chocolate, or as a themed dessert.
