My Hero, I Miss You So

But I cannot find you, where did you go?
Are you waiting for me on the other side?
Oh How I want to just run and hide.

My tears are falling, I miss you so,
Oh Big brother, why did you have to go?
You were my hero, my best friend, the only one I could go to.

The pain inside is real, but I smile,

Thank you all for your comments. Unfortunately it seems I can only write poems when I'm severely depressed but lately I have been trying to write one while being in a good mood. A poem isn't something you can just force to be wrote but rather something that just comes to you. That's how I wrote most of my stories too. I need to take some time to add some of my stories on here and see what you all think. :)

that peom was so intense that it sent chills up my spine. You have a talent for this. I have not lost anyone as close to me as your brother was to you but I can tell that he was always someone special to you and that you loved him very much.

I loved your poem. I lost my sister a couple of years ago. Your poem touched my heart.
