Many of my dear friends here want to be kept posted upon my struggle with the apartment hunting. Unfortunately I still have not had any word as to whether or not I will get the apartment. I am not going to despair. It has only been a week since they had the application so there is still time left. The apartment must be rented by March l, so there is still time. Everyone please keep praying and keep sending out positive vibes for me. I truly appreciate them.
The pressure to pay the rent is going to ease up. We are getting a boarder so that will definitely help us to pay the rent. Now with the new place we will have the extra room. We, meaning my son and I, don't even have adequate room for ourselves in the place we are living in now. So now we have the extra room for a boarder and we will have help with paying the rent.
My writing credits
Now going into a completely different direction, I am happy to say that my writing is taking off in different directions. On the down side my freelance writing gig has come to a sudden end, but I am not afraid, there will be something else around the corner I am confident of that.
I have some exciting news. I am the Montreal health examiner and the Montreal Mental Health examiner at examiner.com. I am very happy with these two columns and I am gathering quite a following. If you would like to follow me on these sites please check out the links on my profile page here on ac.
And now for the piece de resistance, meet your newly appointed featured mental health contributor for AC. I just got the approval today. I hope to continue with the articles that you are used to reading from me. You will see the same quality of articles and I am open to suggestions on topics you would like to see written about.
All in all I think I am doing great in 2010.
Thank you all for supporting me over the years.

Hang in there, Carol!
Wanted to comment, but am so tired from Mardi Gras. I didn't think I'd be this tired, but all the noise kept me awake late, so I'm quite tired.
Congrat's Carol. I know you will do well with this.
