My Husband Makes Me Happy

I would like to write an article about how my husband makes me happy in our marriage. My husband and I met while we were both working at our jobs at different locations that were near to each other. We both knew we had met the love of our lives the moment we met. We had an off and on relationship in the beginning. After one year we decided to move in together. After two years of living together, we married.

My husband can be as sweet as candy sometimes. It is during these moods that he is at his best at making me happy. He will go out of his way make sure that he fixes the thing that I have been nagging him to fix. Then, he will go out and buy me my favorite food. After that, he will put my favorite channel on the TV, and leave that channel on until I want to watch another channel. He will walk the dog. He will hide candy somewhere that I will find it, and know that I will be delighted to find it.

My husband has a way of saying things that will make everything okay. Like when I burn his toast a little too much on one side, and place the burned side on the inside of the sandwich. He comments that the bread is toasted nicely.

If more husbands can do nice things for their wives, I think there would be more happy marriages. Things like:

Talk to your wife, don't yell at her. Listen to your wife when she talks to you. Try to come to an agreement about choices, and not try to dominate all the decisions. Do more chores around the home. Try not to waste so much money on yourself.
