You sit there silently waiting
While I just sit here debating,
You with your jaws wide open,
You who are forever hopen',
Just waiting for one more bite,
Vowing never to grab too tight.
As I look at this mess that I've made,
You sit waiting where last you were laid,
If only you were also a hoover,
My trusty little staple remover.
